Alison Doody
Alison Doody was born in Dublin in Ireland on November 11, 1966. She is a model as well as an Irish actress. Her feature film debut was a tiny part in the Bond film A View to a Kill. (1985). In the following film she was portrayed as a Nazi-sympathising Archaeologist Elsa Schneider (Indiana Jones and in the Last Crusade 1989). Siobhan Donavan played the role featured in A Prayer for the Dying in 1987, Charlotte played Taffin (in 1988) as well as Rebecca Flannery played Major League II. Doody started modelling when she was approached. The result was that it turned out to be a profitable career. Doody was very determined not to do glamour or nude work. The same rule continued into her acting career. When she came to the director's attention for the role in a James Bond film, Doody was offered a small role on the film A View to a Kill (1985).
